I Corinthians 11:1 (NKJV)

“Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ.”

REFLECT

What does it mean to follow Jesus and become someone worth following? Does it mean perfection? Does it mean maturity? Is it a checklist of do’s and don’ts? Or does it mean the intent and action of your life, your personal mission, is focused on knowing God and helping people?

RESPOND

Through Jesus, God has painted a picture of how you should live. Ask God to show you ways you can become more like Him. Ask Him to reveal your strengths and weaknesses. In your strengths, consider encouraging someone else. In your weaknesses, ask God to give you someone to imitate. Who is watching you? By following you, will they become more like Christ?
