Day 7 | Living Sacrifice

READ

Romans 12:1 (NASV)

“Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.”

REFLECT

How does God want you to present yourself to Him? How can you make your work, your play, your leisure - all you do - a continuous act of worship? Will you give worship to God only on Sunday, or will your worship of God be extravagant? A sacrifice is giving more than you think you can afford and trusting God to provide. What will your living sacrifice look like today?

RESPOND

Ask God what sacrifice you can make for Him. Ask Him to grow your faith as you trust Him to provide for you. Consider how God wants to use you to bring life change to someone through what you give to Mission: Next.

WRITE

We’re not talking powerful prose or professional poetry. Simply write a word, sentence, phrase, or paragraph that helps you remember what God said to you. We would love to hear how God uses these devotionals in your life. Email your thoughts to next@themission.net and post on our socials. We would love to hear from you.

May God bless you today!

Our mission is to know God and help people follow Jesus here, there, and everywhere.
