“And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.”

REFLECT

Community requires commitment, honesty, humility, courtesy, confidentiality, and frequency. In order to be together, we must be together. Conflict is inevitable. Healthy, ideological conflict, when handled correctly, leads to growth. Core Values are non-negotiable truths determined by Scripture. Family Rules are standards we all agree to, but may change based on circumstance or by generation. Personal Preferences are simply a matter of what ‘I’ like. We will focus on Core Values, follow and adjust our Family Rules as needed, and lay our Personal Preferences aside for the sake of others. By doing so, we protect our fellowship and build our community.
